Shipping  and Returns Policy

Shipping policy

We are located in Croatia therefore all our packages are shipped by Croatian Post from Croatia.

We work hard to ensure our products come to you as soon as possible. All orders will be shipped within 3 working days after the payment, via Croatian Post. For modifying your order, please contact us within 12 hours of order placement.

You can expect to receive your package within:

  • 3-5 workdays if you are located in Croatia,
  • 7-10 workdays if you are located in Europe and
  • 15-20 workdays if you are located outside of Europe.

We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.

The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. For orders outside the EU, customers will be responsible for any additional customs expenses.

All packages are sent with tracking and you will be provided with the tracking number via email after your order has been shipped.

Please keep in mind that the any arrival dates provided are estimated and once we ship the packages, we are no longer responsible for their timely arrival. However if your order hasn’t arrived within a month, please contact us and we will do everything in our power to assist you and help speed up the process or trace any potentially lost packages.

Our goal is to make the ordering and delivery process as smooth as possible, ensuring your satisfaction.

Packing

We strive to lead by example and be as sustainable as possible. Same way we rigorously choose the materials we use in jewelry making, we also want to be careful about the materials we use for packing your orders. Therefore we try to deliver your favorite jewelry to you in a plastic-free packaging, using only bio-degradable materials.

Complaints Handling:

Returns and Refunds:

  • Right to Return: We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations, and you may wish to return them. In accordance with consumer protection laws, you have the right to return goods purchased from our online shop within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us within the specified timeframe to obtain a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed. Please note that certain items may be exempt from the right of return due to customizations, or other factors.
  • Return Shipping: Please note that the shipping costs incurred during the return are to be paid by the customer. Once the return is processed and approved, we will issue a refund for the returned items, excluding the initial shipping costs.
  • Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will process your refund in accordance with our refund policy. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, excluding any shipping charges incurred.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund. We may request photographic evidence of the damage to assist with our investigation.
